Super clean and organized. Have general concerns about buying in bulk, in particular with the heightened measures for cleanliness during a pandemic. The staff were super friendly and helpful - obviously care about their business. It’s clean and they stay on top of making sure it stays clean — This location is not the closest one to me but I’ll definitely give this location my business in the future. Impressed.

My wife and I went several times over the holiday season (maybe 2 or 3 times) and generally a very positive experience. Sadly many items that the store had in previous years near Christmas time were unavailable, I presume due to covid :( but that is completely understandable. While the store was very cleanly, we noticed on two occasions that every time we walked past the back of the store, near where the drinks are, some of the employees are standing in the back room giggling and hollering whilst the cashier was clearly in need of help of front (especially considering it was a few days before Christmas). On a last note, the young gentleman with X and O's on their mask was very helpful on Christmas eve and helped me find all the candy to make the most epic gingerbread house!
Absolutely thrilled they provide both sanitizer and disposable gloves at the entrance and enforce their use with every customer. The entire shop has arrows for traffic flow, too. Everything was spick and span and staff were in evidence cleaning and sanitizing during my entire visit. Very well stocked, including many organic and / vegan options. Two thumbs up!
Not bad service or products but seriously they charge for a PAPER bag... Wasn't this whole bag charging concept more for deterring people from plastic, not to make a profit
Clean, organized, and perfectly stringent for covid-19. Take a mask and gloves, or they will give you some. They also have order pickup available.
Very cleanly place with knowledgable staff. I have been going to this location for 2-3 years, and the policies implemented to work around the COVID changes, while tedious, help ensure me that everyone including both customers and staff are being safe. I have been about 4 times in the last month and almost all my experiences were beyond positive. Two of my helpers Kyle and Griffin were extremely kind, well aware of the differences between similar products, and demonstrated a high degree of professionalism given the current circumstances. However, during my last visit I was with a gentleman, who while very talkative and friendly, didn't seem to fully grasp the severity of the current situation (such as walking close to other customers and having noticeable holes in gloves).
I have been here many times with no issues but I was recently here during covid and the measures that have been taken to keep customers and the employees safe is evident. The customer service was exceptionaI thanks to Noah and the staff that was working 05/27/2020. Upon entering the store I was greeted and provided with direction. Noah who helped me do my shopping was friendly, upbeat and interactive making my shopping experience easy and fun without feeling rushed.its nice to know that great customer service still exists. Will definitely return and recommend!
While I understand that during these sensitive times, we all have to be causious with covid.but I think bulk Barn employment are taking it a little too far. There is a difference between educating people and coming across rude. Rate it a 2 due to staff being not so nice.
