I found the owners are quite knowledgeable and take the effort to help you out. I brought in a 12v battery recently and they made sure it really did need replacement. Turns out it did but they wanted to be sure I needed to spend the money. I liked that, they could have just accepted my money but went that extra step.

Quickly identified my remote phone battery problem, had the replacement battery in stock, and replaced it for me - impressive! Smartly priced. These people know their business, a rare quality these days. Highly recommend!
Can't believe these people are in business. Very rude! Asked simple question as to if they had a particular battery in stock and couldn't get a straight answer. Couldn't understand why I wouldn't want to drive all the way out to the shop to find out that they don't have what I want. Just another case of why shopping online is better!!
