Super experience with Mr. Gardner! He was able to fit me in same day and was able to provide an appraisal right away for me to take an hour later to the MTO. The Service Ontario clerk told me it was a very smart idea that I had the appraisal since I would have been changed nearly 500 more without the appraisal on a vehicle that was mechanically sound but with very high milage and dings/scrapes/bumps. It is definitely worth the reasonable cost of the appraisal since Mr. Gardner was able to appraise the car in my driveway to provide even greater customer service! We will save his business card for sure - thank you so very much!!

I called James to get an appraisal done. He had me send the insurance report and gave me his honest opinion. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to respond to me the same day. As an appraisal would not benefit me he did not charge me to look at the report. Great customer service. I would strongly recommend this company
