Through multiple moves, difficulty with moving companies, and replying to emails Olivia at AllPro has been extremely accommodating and has provided amazing customer service throughout this past year. I am currently using two of their climate controlled indoor units. It is very clean and secure and reasonable. Olivia has been great to deal with. I would highly recommend .
We only needed to store some items for a short period of time during out landscaping renovation project, but everything was exactly as expected. The unit was clean and access was easy, and the staff were extremely helpful. One day, I had not closed my lock properly and after doing a regular check of all lockers, they contacted me to let me know. I am also planning to use them in the future for vehicle storage over the winter.
Fast, easy service. The employees I dealt with were all helpful and friendly. Unit was clean. Will use their services again when required.
I have nothing but great things to say about this place. The price is very good and the place is well maintained, secured, and clean. They have always been quick to reply to any inquiries.
