After sales support is always a good indicator of customer service. We are very happy with our Bullfrog Spa but in particular were very pleased with the great service by the delivery team, and then by after sales phone support. However, we were especially impressed with the support from our sales rep Tylor who made a special trip to our home to help us deal with a noise issue. When we explained our concerns, he understood the issue Immediately and came to our house the next day where he resolved it quickly and efficiently. Thank you Tylor!
We just got our R7L in November. Has been the best thing we have done for ourselves. My husband and I have stressful jobs and it is so nice to come home to our tub at the end of a crazy day. The staff at Bullfrog Spas in Barrie have been amazing help to us get associated with our new tub. Water testing and chemical advice are done on site which has been a big help to us. So far our experience has been very positive.
Great experience with the staff at Bullfrog Spas Barrie. Originally started the search for the perfect spa to help recover from injuries sustained in a car accident in October 2019, finally made the right decision and received the A8D model May 2020 with contactless delivery. They were very knowledgable, informative, patient, kind, and truly went the extra mile. Couldn't praise them enough!
Just want to let everyone interested in Bullfrog Spa to watch out for warranty and services after you buy it. I’ve been experiencing different problems for the last 5 years and still have to wait many weeks to get pieces and services (even if I pay).
We had been looking at purchasing a spa for sometime and we have looked at almost every manufacturer. Bullfrog was the our decision and we decided to purchase from Barrie Bullfrog event though we are from the GTA. On our initial visit, we were impressed with Gerry's honesty and straightforward communication. They have the knowledge and the stock to make your selection easier .Gerry's background as a service tech helped answer any of our concerns. After the professional delivery team set up the tub we needed to learn how to maintain the water, the staff helped us throughout the learning curve. We had many choices as consumers and to date Bullfrog Barrie has provided the service and the knowledge that we would recommend to anyone that is wanting a first class Hot Tub and service provider.
We are seasoned hot tub owners who found ourselves in the market after our 13 year old tub has been repaired for the final time to no avail. Although we loved our hot tub, had great service, and good memories we didn't want to purchase the same tub with possibly the same issues down the road The criteria that we laid out for a new purchase was that we wanted to do things differently and see what current technological advances have brought to the industry. We researched online and found that Bullfrog Spas seemed to be the most technologically innovative, constantly evolving, and bold product on the market, and in our price range. The selling features for us were the 90% less plumbing, the enhanced ozone system, the jet pack system and the elegant style. We set out to Bullfrog Barrie and were greeted by Tylor. He was a great resource for all of our technical questions especially from his experience servicing many different makes of hot tubs. He is very knowledgeable about the product and personally stands behind the product he sells. He is very professional, presents his clients with all the information needed to make an informed decision and is respectful and not pushy. His after sales support has also been excellent; following up with emails and updated delivery schedules and procedures, as they evolve. Due to covid, it will be a few months yet before our tub arrives but it will definitely be worth the wait. If you are looking for an innovative, bold company willing to be an industry leader look at the Bullfrog hot tub brand.
