Worst builders in Saskatoon, terrible work quality, and horrible and no customer service whatsoever, once your problems start good luck getting anything done. I will post pictures of our cracked garage pad, our unfinished work after months of possession. The plumbing has been done cutting so many corners that its just unbelievable, they put in gas line in our kitchen WITHOUT ANY GAS LINE PERMIT and few other code violations in the machine room(we had to call the gas inspector to inspect and have everything pointed out and open the permits again to be fixed Please be very careful and look for your options wisely.

I had an amazing experience from beginning to end. Although no house is perfect the team addressed my issues and followed up accordingly. I’ve heard a lot of things about building your own home but they made it a great experience for me, especially with a lot of personal changes I had going on during the process. The neighbourhood is great but the builders were attentive and communicated often Thank you Gary and Oxford homes
OXFORD HOMES SASKATOON Very FRAUDULENT and DECEIVING people, their plumber did so many code violations and put a gas line without permit, the furnace they put was supposed to be dual stage turned out to be a cheap single stage. So much fraud and lies these people commit the list just keeps going. I wonder how such people sleep. karma may be delayed but it will serve one day. We have had multiple water leaks with in 3-6 months, had a crazy basement flood, squeaking tubs, poorly installed appliances. DO NOT BUY a house from these cheats. The way things are managed i don't even know what to say about it, few houses built on Hamm in rosewood have their own individual stories(worth listening to before you spend some serious money with them). You won't be able to reach anyone here once you sign contract and pay them the signing amount, so try giving as low as possible for the down payment. Its been almost 8 months since we took possession and we are still waiting for them to finish simple jobs like changing a leaking tap, some tiles and few very small jobs, Installed completely wrong tiles in a bathroom, ducts have crooked covers on them, installed half a backsplash and still waiting for the other half. Warranty dealings with these people is a joke as well. Go to a good builder someone who has a legitimate business and not scamming hardworking people.
Our house was built by Oxford homes and Garry did a fantastic job.we both worked together to make sure our home was built exactly the way it was mapped out, Every detailing was well noted and executed and he made sure we were carried along each and every process. we can't but love our home and everyone who visited saw that it was worth the wait. Our home simply put together is what we call SIMPLE but yet CLASSIC and MODERN.
We purchased our first home from Oxford Homes and they made the whole experience wonderful. With a great customer service and craftsmanship they delivered a beautiful end product. Gary and Navi are very cooperative and always make sure their customers are satisfied. Their teams are highly skilled and pay attention to details. We highly recommend considering them while buying a house.
I am building a home with Oxford. It has been a worthwhile experience as I got what I needed at the end with some unexpected delays. Building a custom house is never smooth, but we resolved the situations with respect and dignity. With pandemic and busy schedules, I understand some delays, but Darshan Singh and Garry are good at talking them through and positively reassuring us. I like all their trades as everybody did a fantastic job. I like the quality of the material they used and wish them all the best!
Working with Oxford Homes over the past 3 Years. As a window and door supplier for this home builder it is great to see the company go above and beyond in selecting the products. Generous size and quantity of windows in the houses. I would highly recommend for new build in Saskatoon!
