Took my son for his 4th bday to Build a Bear... Not as much fun as we thought it would be. I understand that this COVID stuff is going on, however if we can't even give our kids the "full" build a bear experience the franchise really should reconsider the costs to customers. There is no cleaning stations anymore, no more dressing rooms, etc. But still the same prices. You can't even personally register your BAB anymore. So sad.. Anyway the staff was great and friendly, but the cost wasn't worth the 'event'.

My daughter loves build a bear ! we love coming to this location as its quite close to our house . The staff is always so friendly & helpful & go above and beyond to ensure the children are happy and enjoying their experience . I take my daughter nieces & nephew here on special occasions and they always have a blast
was looking forward to get couple bears this weekend. was great up tell line to be stuffed, nice staff at front help give picking and then sound then I stayed 6 ft from other how are getting 4 bears stuffed as I wait they in what I thought was the line as there was no one else in the line or a line created. then lined up new people up other way. no signs no arrows. so I was told after 15 min I was not in line. there was only one person working stuffing machine. first 4 bears she got up and when to get sounds and smells so no one was running it. then when it was my turn I was asked by staff are you in line.(no just standing in store for no reason) then said line begins over there. I must go bake behind two other familes even knowing I been waiting. there area not clearly marked. should been help all the way throw they had staff 4 just standing at cash. I was at that point done. I could not stand there enough 30 min plus with mask on it was hot in the store. just so people how came in 15 min after me can go in front of me because poor staff help. I almost got 2 cool bears for my collection of over 275 bab. but I will not support company how dont care about there costumers. just let next one in take my place. I have spent a lot at bab last 10 years. last summer I when got new one ever other week at this location. and now I will save lots I will not return to this location. to confusing and to many people in store at one time. i need find new stuffy to collect. the quality of bab have dropped in the years anyway. there use to have pride and make amazing bab.
My daughter LOVES build-a-bear and the staff here never disappoint. They are friendly, helpful and always smiling! Thank you for always putting a smile on OUR faces!
Came at 5:08pm and they had 3 customers and the associates didn't allow anybody in...why should I wait to be let in??? Store has no line up and no traffic....will contact head office....you are not Nike or Tommy Hilfiger to be doing this. Employees are lazy so they cut business and sales. THIS IS THE MANAGERS FAULT FOR ALLOWING THIS TO HAPPEN. I Will contact your head office.
Great idea for a gift! Awesome choice of characters! Also great staff! Cindy was the one to help me with my purchase. I noticed a mistake in my recording after she stitched the bear up already She was super kind and polite, we redid the recording again and she stuffed it in there and stitched it up all over again while being super nice and friendly! Great experience! P.S. I’ve hidden some passion under that Batman costume haha
I booked two parties, one on a Saturday and the other on the Sunday and both were handled by Natalie. I was bringing 20 university age people with me as a "stress buster" from exams. We had a super complicated request because there was different budgets for different people. Long story short Natalie was absolutely amazing! She helped everyone stay within budget and made the experience super memorable for these students who were at build a bear for the first time for most of them! The heart ceremony was super fun because she made it unique to university students which was really awesome. Overall, she is super amazing and super helpful, build a bear is so lucky to have her as an employee because she was just absolutely amazing!!
Super fun for the family. The staff are extremely nice. There are so many different bears and animals to choose from and many accessories as well. The teddy bears are high quality.
