Very rude both on the phone and in the store. Wouldn’t listen to what I needed. I just needed a sheet of glass and she made it so much more difficult. Prices are ridiculous, they throw an enormous price at you to see if you are willing to pay it. Not going back to this place, I felt violated when I left.

Do not do business with Budget Glass & Mirror. They quoted me a price for custom glass for a shower. Took the measurements at my house and told me it would be installed in 2-3 weeks. I waited over 2.5 months and nothing has been done. Elizabeth who answers the phone is very unhelpful. Henry the installer cannot be reach at all. They led me on for months and never delivered ont their commitment. Finally I decided to move on.
Excellent service and very friendly. I understand those that might be put off a bit when discussing their project over the phone as I agree with a previous review - be patient, they are here to help. They've been in business since 1992 so they have to be doing something right? Budget Glass & Mirror were the best quote by far and they went out of there way to help me. I live in Burlington (40 minutes away) and decided to pick it up myself and install. In the end, Peter and John helped me out and insisted that they would come out to deliver and install with no extra charge. I would HIGHLY recommend these people as you rarely if ever see service like this. They are friendly people - don't misunderstand it for being rude. Use Budget Glass and you won't be disapointed!
very nice women, I called for a quote and she was very helpful and sweet. I understand other customers concerns about her coming across as rude but it is just the language barrier, IF you are a patient person and allow her to get her point across then all your questions will get answered. Have patients and be kind. All those other reviews are definitely from short circuited people.
