We are so pleased with the end result and process to get to it. The sales rep provided great advice, knows his products and timing was as estimated. The installer was friendly and patient with us, and did a perfect job of installation. He even came back a couple of days later to make a tiny change that I wanted to the remote control stop point on two blinds. I would highly recommend as this is our second time purchasing via Budget Blinds; delighted both times.

Budget Blinds provided us with a quality, custom fit blind at an affordable price. Everyone we talked to, from the office staff, to the sales/fitment representative, to the installation professional were great to deal with. Nobody made us feel rushed into a decision or tried any pushy upselling that sometimes accompanies in-home sales professionals. We are extremely satisfied with the level of customer service we received and wouldn't hesitate to have them provide other window coverings and highly recommend them to friends and neighbours.
The product was fine, but not what I ordered. It was supposed to be a cord pulled vertical blind. Instead they sent me a wand pulled vertical. Make sure you get everything in writing. Now they want to charge me More money for a different track. Not HAPPY.
