Never bought blinds from here but someone driving a van with your business logo on it rode my bumper all the way down the 406 south and when I tried to get off the highway they followed me and continued to ride my bumper all the way to Welland Avenue. It was terrifying and extremely unprofessional considering it is clearly a business vehicle.

Disappointing and unprofessional best describes my experience with Mr West, owner of Budget Blinds of St Catharines. During an in-home consultation, his carelessness, while accidental, inadvertently caused significant and costly damage to my newly installed kitchen island. His inappropriate response and dismissal of the incident as being a causality of renovations was both insensitive and insulting. He offered no immediate resolution and failed to deliver what could have been an opportunity to change the outcome of my experience. A genuine apology would have been most appreciated. I was contacted by him only in response to a formal complaint that I submitted corporately to Budget Blinds Customer Service. While my experience with their customer relations liaison was professional and supportive, I do not believe, as a franchisee owner, Mr West is their best example. I will not be recommending his business.
