Budget Blinds has outstanding customer service and quality product all at an amazing price point. Cher was quick to respond to my request for a quote, was extremely professional and knew her products well. Cher was able to help steer me the in the right direction when it came to deciding on the blinds for my home. The blinds arrived quicker than expected and were installed within half an hour. Cher even called ahead to remind me to remove my house plants from my windows as she didn’t want them to get damaged. The 5 year warranty is the final cherry on top of my outstanding customer experience.

Budget Blinds of Northern Alberta provided excellent service and workmanship. We added a sunroom on to our house last fall. Because it faces south and west, we needed something to both lessen the glare and keep some of the heat out. They came out to our Ranch - a 1 hour drive from Grande Prairie, with their sample book and measuring tape. We chose and ordered the blinds. The blinds arrived sooner than the date we expected. The installers wasted no time in setting up an appointment to install the blinds. We would definitely use this company again!

Too bad I couldn’t give 0 stars. Recently moved into a beautiful house with large beautiful windows. Having dealt with Budget Blinds (in another city) in the past I received the upmost respect and service and have provided them a lot of business and referrals. I figured why not call Budget Blinds and get them over to the new house for a quote. No one answered when I called, no one called me back even. I then went onto the website to fill in the “contact us” form so they can call me, I waited weeks even though it said they’d reach out within 1-2 business days....no call. I went back onto the website after weeks of waiting and reinputted my information. Finally weeks later I get a phone call from the owner herself, I must say she is one lazy and unprofessional lady. Being a business owner myself I strive for service excellence and providing the best experience for my clients. This lady might need to attend some customer service courses or seminars because she is severely lacking. She then proceeded to tell me that they don’t know when they can make it up to my area (even though they cover my area) and that they don’t like to travel in the winter. She told me to measure it myself which I won’t be doing as my ceilings are extremely high. She knew I wanted the quote ASAP but instead she’d rather not take my business or money and treat me like garbage. I’ll be reaching out to corporate and filing a large complaint. People these days....I won’t be providing referrals or recommendations to my friends, family or clients. So disappointed.

We live about an hour out of Grande Prairie. Cher, the owner, came out to our house to do measurements and to make product recommendations. She was very helpful and willing to accomodate our schedule. After her visit to take measurements, we had a few additional rooms we decided to get blinds in. Cher answered all our questions and gave us updated quote options as we finalized our plans. A few weeks after ordering the installer Heather came and made quick work of the task. She removed and disposed of our old blinds for a nominal fee and installed the new ones in a couple hours. My wife and I were very glad we had everything installed. No headaches and it was very quick. The blinds are exactly what we wanted and they look great. They also have a great warranty. I would recommend Budget Blinds in Grande Prairie if you are looking for new blinds at an affordable price.
