Working with them is a true collaborative process.The dedication and attention to detail that they exhibit, is second to none! Due to unforeseen circumstances on our end,our kitchen installation was delayed almost 3 years, yet Buchanan stuck with us throughout the whole process, showing incredible patience and understanding the entire time. The quality of the design, products, and workmanship, is top notch. All of this being said, perhaps the best part of our experience, was working with Steve and Tammy- 2 of the most friendly and talented people we have ever met. Thank you for everything!
