Pretty good bubble tea in a quaint little spot off of Dundas and Mississauga Rd. I'd come back again.

Low Key place with extremly friendly staff. They have so many options and all of the bubble tea taste amazing. The dim sum takes 15 min to prepare but its well worth the wait. In the mean time they also have little snacks on the side counter. I would highly recommend the taro chiller or vanilla and coconut chiller. Great atmosphere to hang out with friends or get in some after school studying/homework. Great funny video compilation of the tv and 10/10 for the cat theme vibes. Also if you're a returning customer they have these stamp cards that allow for a free drink once you collect 10 stamps. Overall its a great place to be for an extended time or for a quick drink!
Venue/Decor: Dirty floors Bubble Tea: Not that good Customer Service: Not very friendly *I have gone two times the first time my cousin got food poisoned the second time I got food poisoned. This place should be investigated by health and safety, I doubt that it will pass
I’ve been coming to this place for bubble tea over the last 3 years and there have been some positive and negative changes. Positive: better layout, more tables, variety of food and a television. Negatives: the overall standard and taste of the tea. I don’t know if they started using a different brand of powders but the Taro tea does not taste the same- like at all. Same goes with some of the other flavours, except for melon. Overall a great place but the quality isn’t there anymore.
Took my daughter yesterday as she was very anxious due to the cat themed name. we waited 20 min for the 3 drinks. The store itself was dirty, there was a sittidirty nail sitting on the straw station, tables were dirty and overall was not a well maintained store at all, which is surprising as we were the only customers there so not like it was a rush hour. It also seems like a confused setup, I have never seen cans or soup for sale at a drink shop and other items that seemed out of place. I would not order food based in the cleanliness of the store at all. The positive: the drinks were good, the mango chill was fresh and delicious and the kids liked the cotton chills. Price is reasonable and the small was a generous size.
I don’t really like bubble tea but the cappuccino black milk tea was amazing! It did take a while for them to make but it was a nice cool place to stop on a hot sunny day
It took a half hour to get our taro milk teas. It tasted bland and watered down. There was only 1 person working there. The place could have some potential by adding some music and a better ambience. The tea just doesn't cut it and waiting a half hour for 2 drinks is just not acceptable. If yuy want a better quality bubble tea, go to The Alley.
The cheapest bubble tea but still have good quality. Nice view and warm. I’ll definitely come back with my family!
