These guys were awesome. Took the car to the dealership 3 times and 2 other mechanics, took these guys about 15min to tell me that when the dealer did the brakes they put the brake clip on backwards. They didn't even charge to fix the problem. It was so minor and nobody could tell me anything. Even went as far as replacing the brake caliper on one guys recommendation and didn't do anything. Thanks guys. Definitely the best in town and the only honest shop.

Martin and Ron were great and very accommodating, gave me a realistic time frame and great customer service They got my car done even faster then I expected! I've gotten several oil changes, fluid changes and even bought new through BTO auto services because they took the time to find me great quality tires and they got me the best price I've ever paid for a brand new set of tires. Support your local businesses , they beat Canadian Tire, Kal Tire and OK tire everytime.
BTO has a very straight forward and honest approach to business. Really appreciate it, as those traits are hard to find with auto repair shops these days. Big thanks to Martin and his team. The Alberta highways did a number on my suspension, and they were able to get me back up and running in no time. They replaced only the parts I needed, and the multi-point checkup was an added bonus.
