Had a strange issue after a few of my breakers tripped, tried to get a hold of an electrician with no luck. Then I found BEI, Ray answered the phone promptly and quickly took down all the facts I provided and started to provide troubleshooting tips right over the phone. Once we determined the issue needed a service technician Ray quickly dispatched an electrician, within 30 minutes Dennis was at my door diagnosing the issue. Problem was determined to be related to the hydro coming in. Dennis quickly told me what to let the hydro guys know. Hydro totally understood the script Dennis had provided and dispatched a team! Ray also followed up later that night to see how things were going. Between Ray and Dennis I can say BEI is a top notch company, their customer service is second to none and that is hard to come by in this field. Their pricing is very reasonable for the services they provide and above all they listen to you and take the time to explain. Highly recommended! Thanks Ray and Dennis!
