Called and booked an appointment 3 weeks in advance. Day of, no one shows up. No phone call either. I call and ask if they're coming. Staff member says the crew must have gotten tied up on another job. (my appointment was for 9am) He says he'll look into it and call me back. Two days go by, no call. I call again and leave a voicemail asking for a call. Nothing. Moved on to another company.
