I had the displeasure of driving behind Bruce today as he speed through a school zone, overtook a car by driving on the sidewalk at the 4 way stop at Highland school when there was clearly already an accident at the 4 way stop with multiple elderly pedestrians needing help and luckily they were getting help from other nice citizens. He was very lucky not cause another accident. He than continued to speed and drive erratically all the way down Guthrie/Lerwick. As he started to drive through a red light before it turned green I thought maybe he is taking one of the accident victims straight to the hospital, but no that was not the case as I watched him turn off on Ryan RD before the hospital. He simply was an arrogant man who couldn't stand waiting an extra 10-20 seconds at a 4 way stop when there was an accident slowing down traffic. He clearly values his life way more then general public and is not afraid to put others in danger to save a few seconds from his day. His lack of common decency and morals do not belong in an inclusive 2019 society, especially one as nice as the Comox Valley. I would encourage all people looking for a surveyor to look elsewhere.
