Nice guy, but if you want quality work or a well fitting orthotic, this is not the place to visit. After about 6 months, numerous visits, returns and adjustments they still can't make it fit. At one time they lost the orthotics left with them to adjust and blamed it on me. I've had orthotics for the past 35 years, made by a number of different professionals. I stress professionals because Brubacher's isn't a professional service provider. I have never had service this bad from anyone over the past 35 years. Not even close. Finally I gave up and had to take the orthotics to someone else to fix. Stay away and save yourself the trouble.
Not helpful, very disappointing.
Overall, not a great experience.
