Was referred to Dr. Luk for my daughter's eye therapy. Had the best experience as Dr. Luk was very knowledgeable and took her time. Overall, it was a great experience and they also have a wide selection of frames. Very friendly staffs as well.

Always a welcome experience going to see Dr. Luk and the staff at Browz. Their selection of frames and friendly service is what me and my family love about our experience here. Will continue to come to Browz for all of our Optometry needs.
Browz is my optometrist of choice. The customer service and professionalism provided is unmatched, and I always leave feeling like I am taken care of. Very helpful staff (Danielle's cheerfulness and positivity doesn't go unnoticed). Great selection of frames as well. 10/10 would recommend.
I had a very pleasant experience, Danielle was super helpful and friendly, exceptional customer service!
The selection of frames and helpfulness of the staff did not go un noticed! I really enjoyed my experience there. The optometric assistant Danielle was extremely helpful, and went out of her way to assist me. I will definitely be back and would recommend Browz Eyeware to anybody in need of a qualified optometrist or an unreal selection of frames!
I always feel so taken care of and appreciated by the staff and doctors at this location, highly recommend!
I graduated from my vision therapy program (after 24 sessions)\u200d️. I have learned so much from Caroline, my vision therapist. I am extremely grateful for her patience, encouragement, compassion and expertise. She was so attentive on how my body, mind and spirit would react to the exercises that she would give me to do. She would question Me and my responses to get a better understanding and course correct with a modified version of exercises to meet me where I was at. She witnessed my tears, my frustrations and me being completely exhausted after a 30 minute session (but that is to be expected when you have a brain injury and you take transit to get there). She was very supportive by reminding me to breathe, be kind and patient with myself. She was always reassuring me that I was improving and that it takes time. I still have eye exercises to do for maintenance and I have another eye assessment scheduled for February. I am so grateful for vision therapy because it really helped me understand and realize that our eyes give so much information to our brains (to many areas of the brain) about our environment, without us knowing how it affects us physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Now, it makes so much sense why it's so difficult for me to go grocery shopping and being around crowds.
Overall a very pleasant experience. Employees were friendly and extremely helpful and the optometrist was very thorough. A great selection of frames, would definitely recommend.
