We purchased a shower assembly from Jean Lepine in April 2016 and in December 2020 the shower head fell apart. I contacted Daniel and he promptly communicated with the manufacturer and arranged for a replacement to be shipped directly to my home. Great after sale service, it's really appreciated. Thanks Daniel

Worse place for after service. I bought for over 7K of plumbing material (bath room vanity and new facets) last September and needed a small plastic adaptor from OS&B for my bath tub drain. Spoke on the phone with Mr. Lepine at the parts dept. He point blank told me that he was not interested in ordering the part (too small and inexpensive and couldn't bother looking into it). This is after I intially visited the parts dept. and spoke with him (he even took a photocopy of my spec sheet from OS&B and told be that someone would call me back in a few days). Two weeks went by and no call back from Mr. Lepine (who by the way told me that I was dealing with lots and lots of clients and could not remember every requests). After two weeks and no news, I had to call back to inquire about the status of my request this is when I got the (do not waste my time with your small part inquiry). After the call I call the 1-800 number at OS&B and spoke with Morris or the service dept. and guess what, Morris will send me the part 327TIE-2 from OS&B free of charge. (that is customer service Mr. Lepine). If you need plumbing I strongly recommend you avoid this merchant. En réponse à la réponse de Mr. Lépine. Moi aussi je suis heureux d'avoir réglé mon problème et j'invite encore une fois tout acheteur potentiel à fuire comme la peste votre magasin, votre service à clientièle déficient et votre manque de politesse à l'égard de vos clients qui après tout vous font vivre votre business...

Way too pricey for local shoppers! But, if you have a contractor reference, you can save 30%. Many times I shopped here and no one came to just say hi. So, I was never able to buy anything here.

This was the worst customer service I had in my life!!! The guy that works in the back - under accessories/pieces, the worst! - unbelievable!!! I found my own way to find the missing pieces I was looking for and luckily enough, I contact the manufacturer and they are sending me the pieces under the warranty! Never again Lepine!
