There was a young boy as an agent who was really nice and gentle. Very welcoming and helpful. But the lady in financial department was extremely arrogant and rude. She said that I don't do the credit check for fun and I just work for serious buyers. She supposed that people come to that place in the middle of the nowhere for a joy ride. Seemingly, my majesty do a favor by selling a car to a costumer.That is a kind of clerck you need to make costumers run a way instantly. They have this tricks that ask you to the deposit or do the credit check even before testing the car. In other world, you should buy it then you can try it. you should accept all their conditions and prices and fees. Sometimes they put fake advertisements with awesome prices to attract the clients. But when you reach there.they say it is just sold. Don't fool by these tricks. Almost all the dealers in that boulevard use the same method. Very disgusting. It is a worthy of note that I bought a car at the very same day from somewhere else.

Writing this review late. Went for a test drive of CX9 in October. Was not a great experience. The slaesman was least bothered. Not willing to explain things. Treated us as if we are bothering him by asking questions about the car. After the drive, we just waited with the keys at the entrance for minutes before some other sales rep came and called our sales rep, this second guy was super nice. But the guy we dealt with was not courteous, not patient. Just wearing a suite doesn't make you professional, you have to behave like one.

Fraudulent people and useless services. I’ve been served by the salesman named Dominique and what the hell kinda etiquette he had. Probably parents never gave him any education. Bought the car due to time constraints and the way he behaved as if I ripped him off or the company. No respect for the customer. The car broke down after 600kms itself and they never repaired the car. I’ll be attaching pictures and emails (which they never replied to plus the calls I made) as a proof. Never answered my calls or replied back to my emails. I had to pay from my pocket else it would have costed me thousands of dollars to bring the car back from the highway, in the middle of nowhere. The people there have no value of time or the people. If you speak English, basically you are not considered a Canadian. Pure discrimination by Dominique and the staff. Neither do the people show up in time nor do they follow any procedures or protocols. No ethics/etiquettes/training. After asking questions again and again, they backed out what they agreed upon. Please refrain yourself from making any deals from Mazda Brossard.
