Another waste of time. Met with an unenthusiasic representative with nothing positive to say about proposed location site (Salt Spring Island). Didn't even bother to show us around the show home.
Opened my eyes to the modern mobile home. It's not a 70s double wide with aluminum siding and wood paneling inside. Go drywall and a high peaked roof and you've got yourself a pretty nice looking house. I liked that he was able to give me some ball bark prices on the spot. Now if I could just find some property to put this thing...
Just drove past it but I have been told they are a respectable family business.
