I replaced a wood burning fireplace with gas fireplace. After I sent a request for a quote, I was pleasantly surprised that the company owner took the time to visit and provide a very detailed estimate. He told us it would be a one day job and on the installation day, we had at least 6 team members doing a great job. To keep it simple, if you want professional service, want to be treated as a valued customer, then shop local and shop Canadian and support a very well deserved family owned company. My name is Louie Violo and almost 30 year resident of Halton Hills. We called Brooks Heating & Air for the first time since we moved to the core of Georgetown. We purchased a 70 year old bungalow and had the furnace motor go on it. The furnace was fairly new (2yrs,), when we purchased the home, however, we could not find who had installed it nor did we have any warranty on it. We had a pleasant call with Nathalie Brooks and told us not to worry \we have your back\ Within hours, she set us up on a plan, sent over her technician, ordered the parts required and had us up in running within 2 weeks, at a time when the pandemic was into it's 2nd or 3rd month and when temperatures were still a little cool. Exceptional customer service by Brooks. My initial appointment was to have my furnace serviced; early am on my appointment date my hot water tank started leaking, mentioned this to the receptionist and she noted the Technician would investigate. Lucas was able to confirm that it was indeed pouched and had me in touch with Francis to schedule an installation, was expecting early next week. They had it drained and replaced a few hours later that day, amazing. Very pleased with my experience and will continue to give my business to Brooks. Highly recommend.
In January of 2020 our furnace had stopped and it was the week we had 20 below weather. It needed a blower motor and I had a service plan with another company, (I won't give them a plug by mentioning their name). After 3 days with no heat I finally called Brooks. Talked to Chris on Saturday late afternoon and explained the issue. He was just about to head home but said if I could provide the model and serial number from my furnace he would try to help. By 5:30 that evening he was there and by 6:00 we had heat again. In September my wife and I decided to replace the Heating and Air system. I did not hesitate to call Chris and ask him to come by with a quote. The price was what I expected it to be and because Chris was so fantastic with customer service in January, there was no reason to shop around. My wife and I had the installation done October 13 & 14. The 3 men who did the install Chris (not Brooks), Jason and Ezekiel were great tradesmen. They were careful considerat and extremely professional. The other person I dealt with during the process was Frances, she was always courteous and accommodating on the phone and in emails. My wife and I are extremely happy with our Napoleon furnace and how quiet it is, I am sure when we get back into the summer months we will be equally as happy with the Napoleon Air conditioner. Thank You Chris and the entire Brooks team for outstanding customer service.
Recently had major issues with out AC and were forced to replace our system. Brooks was very responsive and provided us with 3 easy to understand options with very reasonable pricing and no pressure. Installation was excellent, the guys were easy to talk to and happy to answer all of our questions. We then had a follow up from their duct cleaning technician-again excellent service at an excellent price. We've had our system in for just over a month now and love it - good products and service from a local family-owned business - highly recommend them!
