Amazing homes , great service and great staff from house hunting to possession it went very smoothly and hustlefree. Their standard features are almost as good as an upgrades with other builders. From trending Lights, colored cabinets, high cabinets ,9ft ceiling with popcorn textures just to name a few. Great Price and value compared to other brands.

The father of my children bought a beautiful home and the experiences from the start until now are exceptional. Natalie and her team from Edgemont provided an excellent service. Natalie even went beyond our expectation. She's not only pretty... very nice, too!! Josh from construction team was very patient and professional during the walkthrough. Even after the possession date, the service is still outstanding. Crystal, the Home Services Coordinator, is very responsive to all the the questions we have. My wife and I dealt with Viktoria & Ilana during our time looking for companies to build our first home. Although we didn't end up going with them due to uncontrollable circumstances, we recommend them 100% to anyone looking to build. They are professional, knowledgeable & have the best attitude.
The purchasing process was smooth and staff were very professional and friendly. The home, while not perfect, is good value and on the whole we are very satisfied. Although it sometimes takes time/reminders for things to get done, I know they are dealing with a lot of residences at once. They have always been available to help us when any issues have popped up, and the warranty managers are always happy to help. Darla is great has recently helped us quite a bit!

Guy named Shamal is the best guy you can ever have for help relating any house for Brookfield. You can find him at The Orchards by Ellerslie office. Have been to different offices of different builder as well, even the same builders different office in Chappelle treats you to totally different way than what Shamal does. He will go through with each and every minute details you would ever need. Highly recommended guy for new Home buyers. He is Senior Sales guy in The Orchards office for Brookfield.
