This is not the same company it was 10 years ago. Some of the agents are good and some are really bad. You often get different answers to your question depending on who you talk to. I sometimes would call back until I get one that knows what there doing. Often requests go unanswered both email and phone calls, which for most people would be a showstopper. If you don't mind any of these inconveniences; then they are the broker for you.

Delayed times in answering calls and emails . Rates they provide me are atrocious and I was able to find much cheaper rates much quicker than my broker has . The brokerage seems to value their insurance providers profits more so than their customers needs . I asked my broker to find a cheaper plan than my existing plan . She wasn't able to find one . The next insurance provider I contacted provided me with a policy that was 1.3k CAD cheaper with better coverage .

I currently use brokerlink for tenant and car insurance and am very satisfied with the customer service from both Alex and Siddarth. Alex is great but I think Siddarth is just a little bit... better lol. They are very professional, have great people skills, and both have given the best insurance policies compared to other companies. Give them a raise, thanks brokerlink !
