Did not tell me or notify me the office moved. When I call the Brantford office I am redirected to Hamilton. Person speaking had limited knowledge of speaking English and then call was dropped. Called back and was repeatedly interrupted and the person had limited knowledge of any question I asked of her. HORRIBLE. Customer for years Recently got mail from them indicating my rates would go down due to Covid when in fact they went up by almost 16% now I have to wait for them to call me back loyalty dept. What is this Bell Canada? Sickening.

I cant speak for all of the agents but the one I have delt with for years is excellent. I'm sure there are always good and bad but I have nothing but good to say about mine. They have changed where they dont have a set agent for customers but I still ask for Christine for all my needs.
I had one of the worse customer service I have ever received from a company before.. During my search of insurance I had three different Brokers through this business and all three told me different premiums. The first one called me the night before my previous policy expired and informed me that I would not be eligible for that quote (We agreed on this quote three weeks prior) then continued to tell me I would have to go with another quote that was over two times higher then the previous one. The second agent and I decided that if I were to switch the vehicle over to a relative and go as an occasional it would be a lot cheaper and we were able to agree upon a quote. Once I switched my ownership over and agreed with them on this quote I found out that the Broker didn't give me the right quote and that the new quote would also be two times higher then the previous. All in all the people especially the receptionist were very friendly but this does not make up for all the hassle I had to go through just to get insurance. I will make sure never to recommend these Brokers to anyone because of their lack of professionalism.

Had a nightmare for over 2 years. Had an accident in 2017 when I had accident forgiveness on my policy only to find out that they were trying to not allow me to use it because I was 24 and not 25 that they required even their they sold me the policy. This went on back and forth for 2.5 years and finally after being given the run around by approx 5 different people in this office my concerns finally made it to the managers desk. The manager was a bit unwilling at first to hear me out on what exactly had been going on , after a bit of back and forth he told me he would do his best and contact a manger at my insurer to see if they could come to a resolution for me. He did a great job and actually kept me informed throughout the process. The only reason I’m willing to give 4 stars and not 2-3 is because of this man finally being willing to go to bat for me and get me back paid 2 years of overpayment and got me my insurance rating back as it should have been he even went over the top and got my accident forgiveness reinstated. Make sure you READ ALL RHE FINE PRINT in your policies and if you do have any concerns don’t just take the “we have done everything we can” excuse and ask to talk the manager if you have a valid complaint he will do his best to help you.
