Recently ordered takeout, the website says 10% off for take out orders. It wasn’t working for us when we were placing on order online so we called to place our order and they told us it comes off at the very end when you pay and to continue online. It never came off, we brought it up when we went to pick up the food and were told they would correct it. They said they would reimburse the difference, they never did. It’s one thing to be told we no longer offer that promotion but to be told specifically not to worry they will ensure to correct it and they don’t is very disappointing.

My wife and I have been here 4 times in the last year and each time we come it’s always great food and service. Today we came for the brunch. Hand down the best Eggs Benedict in town. The thick cut smoked bacon was delicious.

So disappointing. Cute little location, clean bright & welcoming. We were so excited to try this restaurant as we had heard so much. Food was plentiful & beautifully presented. It was however lukewarm and without flavor. My chicken Alfredo had no depth. It really could have used some spices or anything. My husband's rotisserie chicken was well cooked, but again lukewarm. Some of the carrots were so hard that they were inedible. The dessert was amazing! Large enough portion to share with ease. Our waitress Alexandra was wonderful! She was very attentive, offered help and suggestions. She cares way to much for this place and its customers.

We made a last minute booking to this place on Valentine's day and wasn't thinking it was for Valentine's day as I had planned a dinner reservation somewhere else on Family day. What caught us, and maybe others that came into the restaurant, by surprise was their set Valentine's day menu. It was 65/person for a 4 course meal (one appetizer was shared). We weren't that hungry but didn't want to get up and leave to find another place to eat. Kinda wish the hostess told us about it before seating us. The waitress that we had was very good and did made us feel welcomed. She was great! The atmosphere clean and normal. The food was a little salty for our taste and very dry. For the mains, I got the grilled Salmon and my husband got the chicken supreme. Both over cooked and dry. I couldn't finish my dish. The Baklava dessert was great but my husband said its a little sweet for him. Overall, the reason I gave this a 3 star was because food was dry and salty along with the lack of information before seating us that there was a set menu. We also saw many people leave because they were made aware of the set menu after they were seated. For Valentine's day, it would have been terrible for people on a budget trying to impress their dates. Would we try this place again? The answer is probably not.

Very disappointed that I haven’t come here sooner. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, the food was great, and the prices are fair. The baklava was the best I’ve ever had. Maybe I’m biased in the fact this was my first time coming here, but it was a stunning first visit.

[gluten-free] We had the grilled octopus (w/ lentils and clams) and lamb souvlaki for takeout. By the time we ate it at the park, it was lukewarm but the lamb was still really tender and wasn’t oily. The grilled octopus was another level; tender fresh clams, savory lentils and perfectly cooked octopus legs. We will be back.

The staff were absolutely fantastic!! Our server was very kind and knowledgeable about the menu. Great recommendations! The food was divine! Broken Plate had every protocol in place COVID-19 wise. Excellent experience!!!

Ordered takeout from Broken Plate last weekend! Curbside pickup was very safe and efficient, everything we ordered was very tasty! Excellent wine menu at half price! Great way to support our local businesses during this crisis! We will definitely order again! I highly recommended this place.
