Management is extremely incompetent, the staff always seem lost or not trained properly (or at all) management allows products to be aligned with incorrect pricing (the lady who did help me scan every item in the area due to extremely unorganized section verified that it was aligned with wrong price) THERE ARE MANY SECTIONS and did not do ANY due diligence in assessing the situation INSTEAD they violate my rights as a consumer by refusing to honour the Scan Code Infraction LAW the manager not only DIDNT visit the section to make sure THE STORE HIS IS RESPONSIBLE FOR IS UP TO COMPANY STANDARDS but didn’t have the professionalism to deal with the situation instead a kid who doesn’t know a thing was forced to so it would be easier to deny the Scan Code Infraction!!! They are the only ones allowed to have people inside the store and still ungrateful to the point they WILL NOT HONOUR THEIR INFRACTIONS!!!!!!!!!!

It’s always nice to visit this large Walmart with a huge selection of groceries and other goods. It would be hard not to find what you need here. The only downside is no beer section so you’ll need to go elsewhere for that.

Some of the staff are down right ignorant. Belittle customers, treat them like there thieves. Its very off putting n unprofessional. Not to often do i enjoy a trip to this Walmart location. When I can I try to go to the smithfalls location. Better service.

Bought a 100 steam gift card, waited 24 hours, still didn’t work. Very upset, I will be returning tommorow to get a refund, there was a new cashier, so she might not have activated the card, but that is still inexcusable. Very upset, not trying to be petty but I was super pumped to get it. Will be making a formal complaint if I am not refunded tomorrow, will update this review.

Disappointed in the lack of mask protocol. November 3 around 2:15 pm. Woman working in the pharmacy dept. was helping a man find an item, stood right beside him with her mask below her nose. Then she began commenting on a cute baby boy(too young to wear a mask) in a shopping cart while standing about 4 feet away from him with the mask below her mouth as well! Pharmacy workers are part of our healthcare and should certainly know better than to put anyone in danger. I wanted to speak to a manager about it and saw one at the front of the store but I quickly changed my mind when I saw that he too had his mask below his nose while speaking to someone. So much for that. I was relieved to see the cashiers and the self-check out workers did all have their masks on properly. I was disgusted by the manager and the pharmacist worker and won't shop there again.
