TrueSpeed is awesome. Way less money than a well known competitor!! Hard to even call them a competitor because they cannot compete with TrueSpeed's prices and definitely not with TrueSpeed's exceptional customer service. Thank you TrueSpeed!!!!!

I’ve been a customer for 9 months. After a few months I started experiencing outages on a weekly basis, usually lasting an hour..give or take. I’m now experiencing the 3rd consecutive Sunday evening outage, and I expect this to be an all-nighter again. This is also now the 5th outage in the past 7 days. I have zero trust in the reliability of this service at this point. It might be a coincidence, but this is 5 out of 6 NFL games I’ve missed since last Sunday. Whatever it is, I’m looking elsewhere. REPLY EDIT: I have been in contact, I get two responses: \Unplug your modem and plug it back in\ and the same one you gave: \there are no outages\. I can assure you I'm not calling you to report outages that aren't happening. Your technical support have admitted to at least 3 outages in the last 2 weeks, so it only stands to reason that there is an issue, especially since I continue to experience outages on a regular basis. I just want the service I'm paying for.

very speedy response.... stayed on phone with me the whole time... very patient with me as i am no computer genius.. answered every question and explained procedure's as it was happening to keep me up to each action.... happy people... great service... and your suggestion to switch TV box was an excellent choice .. much better !! thank you again Ellen!!!
