Cashier here on Saturday was SUPER helpful as I attempted to sneakily purchase a gift card for my wife while my wife was in store! This level of help was unexpected but the mission was a total success. I was handed the gift card after my wife showed up at the checkout counter whom had returned to grab some butter that was on sale. All it took was a quick mention of this secrecy and even though my partner eventually joined me at checkout the cashier and I were miles ahead. Thank you for your help!!! This gesture goes a long way _

This specific store has the worst customer service I have experienced. The staff is also incompetent. They sent me home with a stranger's medication even though they asked me to spell my surname and give them my first name. The stranger's name started with the same 4 letters and we had different first names. So much for spelling my name. Perhaps the staff member cannot read.

As good as you can expect from a pharmacy they always have good sales but it seems like they never have enough stock especially when it comes to pop sales and afterwards they have none left for the rest of the week. You would think being in a ghost mall they would be able to get a bigger space for their stock to prevent running out of stuff hopefully they will start regular store hours again.

I called today to try to get help filling my prescription as I'm currently positive for COVID-19 and I'm in self-isolation. The person I spoke to was very helpful. She helped get my drug plan details figured out over the phone and arranged to have my prescription dropped off at my home free of charge. The entire experience was very painless. Thank you!
