Visit here every once in a while, typically when I'm looking to get a new phone, although sometimes when I have questions and I'm in the mall. Great environment. They take pride in the store upkeep. The staff is very friendly. Any of the reps I've ever dealt with have always made it a pleasurable experience. Always quick to offer assistance and very knowledgeable on what's going on/new with Rogers. They take the time to point out accessories, features for the plan, etc. in case I'm interested in such things (which I am from time to time). They've never been pushy, which is always a good thing. I know I'll be doing business there in the future. I recommend them to anyone in the area who is with Rogers.

I have nothing but praise for Chris and his store. I was never a Rogers fan but now would not deal with any other cellular company but Rogers Brockville. Chris has a vast amount of knowledge and endless patients when dealing with any of my concerns or questions.i feel that because of his help I have the absolutely best plan and phones for myself and family. Also when upgrading is needed that he will be able to assess our needs and help us choose what is best for our family needs with 110% satisfaction.

I came into the Brockville location with a Galaxy S3 that was boot-looping, Kris was available when I walked into the store with my 6 year old granddaughter. He was professional, listened to my issue, attempted to correct the issue, it didn't help so he immediately reached for a loner phone to ensure that I had coverage. Kris set the loaner up with my SIM card, and even helped me over the phone later in the evening, to get my contacts onto the loaner. Excellent customer service!!!! 5 STARS

I have had no bad experiences with Rogers. The staff here are very informed and willing to assist thier customers. The store is no longer inside the mall, but rather on the property in a different building.

bought a new phone , defective , hour old,told i need to send out for repair they wont replace defective phones, buyer beware..... very poor in store policy , and parent company will not do anything for you , been a customer for 10 years will be looking for new carrier
