Planet fitness has really gone downhill. Masks are optional at this gym as every time I worked out I saw a couple people walking around without one. Dress code is also a joke. But the best part is their yearly fees. Even if they are closed by coronavirus, they demand you have to come in and sign a paper to cancel your membership. They don't allow you to cancel over the phone, but they will offer putting your membership on hold with 'no fees' - except there still will be!!!!!! Oh and if you go down to cancel, you get to stand in line and wait with all the other members too. Delay delay delay and charge. Join now to pay for a closed gym and maybe even catch covid!!

I have been with them since they opened and really enjoy it. Great staff, always friendly. Price is super and that takes away the guilt if you miss some time. Cleanliness is super. It is a privilege to be able to have a place to go in this pandemic not a right.. Keep up the great work!

Had my first workout at Planet fitness Brockville and the customer support was great! Very friendly, wish I could remember the employees name, he was super cool and nice! Looking forward to more workouts there. :)
This is a great planet fitness. The staff is friendly The gym is clean. Most of the patrons clean up after themselves. The change rooms and bathrooms are nice as well. Spacious and clean. They are handling the covid pandemic very well with appointments and solid well thought out rules. When the patrons bother to follow them... Or even learn them.... But you can't fix people unfortunately that's just how they are. Great gym well staffed and managed!
