Taking passport photos here was a terrible experience. Not only was the photographer speaking Mandarin to me when I don't speak it well (because he heard me try to explain to my parents in broken Mandarin *once* and decided from that point on he was only going to speak Mandarin to me), he rushed us through the photos. My hair kept covering my ears, and the photographer kept providing unhelpful tips. At one point he made a suggestion to my father to pull my hair back sharply, which is uncalled for and very demeaning. Shouldn't I be asked if I'm comfortable with that first? For an employee to suggest that while ignoring the fact I was uncomfortable was very unprofessional, especially after I said I would be back another time with hair clips. Guess he wanted to make the sale at the expense of what I wanted? No surprise the photo turned out terrible and we have a set of photos we're never going to use.

Very friendly service. Staff were not pressuring and were absolutely available to answer my questions. I found a Joby gorillapod on sale and was very impressed by the sale price (49). I wish they had a location in Victoria.
