Please work on your customer service skills. Lady wasn't friendly at all and seemed bothered by our presence meanwhile no one else was in the store. Won't be returning to Erin location.
I recently purchased several puzzles from Brighten Up and had the most amazing customer service experience. They responded to my email within the hour and were very accommodating. I will be recommending them to everyone as a one-stop spot to get all your games and activities in Centre Wellington
Such a nice store in a nice neighbourhood. We got some puzzle toys and a volcano kit for the nieces, which they loved. The store attendant was very friendly.
