Excellent selection, and knowledgeable and helpful staff. I am not one of those people who enjoy shopping, but this is one of a handful of places where I can easily spend an hour. They are helpful but no in your face.

Called in an order of hardware from outside and it took about 10 minutes for them to gather it and to have me pick it up.. no entry at this time during lockdown. Very friendly service. Can pay cash but easer with plastic.

I want to support local businesses but it's hard for me with this store. I always find it cluttered and difficult to locate what I'm looking for despite signage. Also, wanted to go there last night but it was closed at 5 or 6pm. Not convenient at all when so many other options are open until much later. Pandemic measures were in place and the store was not busy but the few people there had to go out of their way to avoid each other due to the afore-mentioned clutter. I really like the unique selection of giftable items at the front but also not sure a hardware store is the place for those. Staff are plentiful, available, always helpful and pleasant, usually asking if I need help before I have to go looking.
