Always very helpful and knowledgeable in store. One thing I would change is how they measure cuts of product like wire or pipes. As the floor tiles are used to measure, I often find that I am getting less than the actual measurement with a tape measure.
They always have stock which is what I appreciate. Other Home stores are not so “ready” to take my money. One stop here and they have what you need. No running all over town. Last few years the attitudes and friendlyness of the cashiers has greatly improved. Good experiences lately!

Gow's is always an excellent experience! Lots of selection from home repairs to gardening to home furniture! They also have a home cleaning product refill station. You bring your own reusable container to cut down on waste! The staff are helpful and knowledgeable. I'm happy to support this local business!
Today I was in home hardware to buy plumbing supplies .1:45 or so The clerk was helpful but they were out of stock. No problem. At the cash as the cashier was starting to give me my change I said " please don't do that" " what " she replied . I said put the change on top of the bills . She said " okay " and dumped almost 4 worth of change all over the counter . Now it's not just me . Look it up . Pet peave number 11. Change on top of bills . There are good short articles explaining why this is frustrating . It also explains the proper way to give change back . Hand the person the change .hand them the bills . It doesn't mention what to do when you ask someone politely not to do it and they do something very rude. What's happening to home hardware ? They used to be so good at customer service .
