Such a cute area! Would love to live here! Grocery stores, coffee shops, bars and right next to Sapperton station for the Canada Line so only 20mins to downtown Vancouver! Love it!

Excellent location for tenant, just bad management and higher cost for owner. And Hello Blue Heart (of previous review) I agree absolutely with you. That horrible Maintenance fee and ... I wasnt satisfied with wesgroup services including late completion and indifference to our suffer(In my case mortgage expired) but agree too that some of them including Nathan and reception woman in center office tried to help as best as they can.

The noise from the SkyTrain and commerical train can be a bit overwhelming at times, but the buildings are equip with triple-paned skyscraper glass. When all the windows/doors are closed, you can barely hear even the loudest whistles. The location is extremely convenient for accessing the entirety of the lower mainland via SkyTrain, as Sapperton Station is just a few minute walk away. It's also very nearby to restaurants, a Save On Foods, and various other amenities. This location is beautiful and convenient.

Very convenient place!!!! Everything is walking distance from SkyTrain, medical, bus, parks and amenities. Best place.

Blue Heart

Just moved in 258 Nelson's CRT. Overall, #Wes _Group is doing well except for their Construction Delay( According to their #Strata _Agent #AWM, this delay push up the strata fee more than 60% ! ) & Pick up Wrong Strata Management, AWM... WES GROUP #Customer_Care Team is responsive. Especially, Nathan and Jerry was doing their best to our service call even on SAT. BUT Move in arranged by #AWM _strats_management was a Nightmare....they gave us 2hours but they showed up late and wasted more than 40min.by doing funny inspection. Technically, this means to you that you only have 1hour to move in... And the inspection...AWM says it is an inspection but I would say it is an Agitation! They dictates everything! Once they say this damage is yours then Yes it shall be yours! Once they say you should have called a mover with their own Condo Entry Door Stopper Yes you are guilty for your poverty! You should not bring those ugly U haul truck! Your best protest can be do not sign on their. paper even if they demand you forcefully... Sometimes sign on it means you admit it but you surely can have a chance to discuss their arbitrarily behavior with a #judge, #Superintendent in Real Estate, and the Developer who hire AWM
