Dont move here,this place is everyone going the previous comments stated but also they make their own rules when they don't like you.I wish people would look into their rights more as a tenant.This place only looks for money,I had a health inspector coming cause I had a flood in my basement for over 5years,that still hasn't been fixed.Please be aware and don't move here.

Want maintenance staff who doesn’t care and makes it seem like it’s your problem? Want to smell cigarette smoke and pot in your building even though it’s a nonsmoking building? Even though they say to go to the park to smoke they still smoke right by the door or in their apartments. Then this is the place for you. They love to grab for money and ignore that a situation isn’t your fault but was induced by the extreme winter. They love threatening each of their tenants with going after them for money unless the apartment doesn’t look like someone has lived in there even after many years.
Lived in an apartment without a balcony back in 2011. It got so hot in the summer that it made me sick, I was literally throwing up from the heat. They wouldn't allow portable air conditioner but then got one in the office. This place also has so many rules it's ridiculous. Don't allow pets but yet I saw a couple townhomes with them. The one star is because the price was good. That's about all that was good.
I love the building. Nice and clean. Adults only
