Stopped in the showroom today with my wife. Everyone was really friendly. They had what I needed in stock. Had large glass partitions in between us and the sales person to protect everyone. Whole process was quick and easy. Highly recommend
Been purchasing wood from Brenlo since 2004, high staff turnover, but I think with their new Worcester location and finally new \Happy \ staff things will get done a little quicker....See Vic warehouse manager for any related issues, he's on it. Way to Go Brenlo.
