I highly recommend Brovo party rentals.. I checked out 4 other party rental websites and ultimately chose Bravo. They were the only websites that clearly explained their pricing. The website is super easy to find what you need and make your order. Once I placed my order I was contacted soon after. The service was excellent! The staff were very helpful and super nice. I felt that they truly were interested in making my party a success which WAS a great success! I want to thank all of the staff for being incredibly helpful and being there for me. Thank you, thank you, thank you...........

I assisted in planning my sister in law's 60th birthday party that Bravo had provided rentals for and was very disappointed with the level of professionalism used throughout the entire planning process. They do not answer emails and are non-responsive when messages are left. Their level of cleaniless is despicable as there were lipstick stains on the glassware and leftover food on the plates. I will never use this company again and I strongly advise no one else to as well.
Professionalism, expertise and excellent service by Nancy made the entire process comfortable and a pleasant experience. 5 STARS to her.
With a short timeline for my daughters wedding, we went in person to the showroom and were reassured that availability of tents etc were no problem. The 'tent guy' was on vacation and would call us the following Monday. We never received a call back even after leaving multiple messages in the next few days (also with assurance that we would get a call back). With 3 weeks to go by this point we found another company in Laval that was wonderful and better cost in the end. So less than 1 star rating for me if that was an option here.
