Best brewery in town. Absolutely epic stouts, delicious IPAs, and many other wonderful delicacies. Super friendly staff, knowledgeable brewers, and very cozy place to go out for a beer alone or meet up with a friend for awesome beers, tasty food, and a relaxing yet hip vibe that makes you forget all about your day and invites you to live in the present moment. Honestly if I could give it more stars than 5 I could. Much love to all the staff for so many great memories, \once I a lifetime\ beer experiences, and for so brilliantly bringing Québec's beer scene at a whole new level.

For some reason, I didn't expect it to look like this, although it looks like so many other brewpubs in a strip mall/semi-industrial space. They seem to respect Covid-19 regulations quite well, considering the tasting room section isn't very big. We were warned about this so we showed up early. You have to wait outside for the staff to let you in and make sure your table is ready. Kudos to them for it. They had 5-6 beers on tap that day, including a very good Helles, a nice Sweet stout and a few hoppy beers of varying strength, bitterness and fruitiness. I'm not a big fan of their overly sweet fruity IPAs, but the regular ones are good. The Helles was better than I expected. The stout was very tasty, big chocolate notes, a little cloying for me but my 1 enjoyed it. Service was good, no complaints at all. Didn't try the food but apparently it's excellent. Beer prices were fair at 7 a pint. Overall I liked it, if I lived around here I'd visit occasionally but I don't know if I would be a regular. I certainly wouldn't wait hours in line for their special release beers.
Easy curbside pickup during CoVid. New hours: Wednesday 5PM-8pm Thursday 5PM-8pm Saturday 12pm-5pm Complete your order online and pickup during pickup hours with your order number. They'll bring the bottles out on table and you pick them up three. Having wipes to wipe the bottles when picked up would amp up the game.
Look no further than BdBC to get some of the best beer in the country, let alone the Ottawa/Gatineau region. There's no such thing as a bad beer from these guys and they're passionate about their craft. I highly recommend every craft beer fan who finds themselves in the area make the trip here. I guarantee you won't be disappointed.
