We had a bit of complicated case with obtaining new service. I was receiving misinformation from the Virgin Mobile Customer Service line, which was incredibly frustrating. I went to the kiosk where Megan went the extra mile to ensure I was provided with accurate information and helped me get my service hooked up. I had another issue come up about a month later and again, got the runaround from the Customer Service line. We went back to see Megan and she worked with us to rectify the concern. She is very approachable, knowledgeable, and professional. We really appreciate her time and customer service!

Richard was very helpful. My phone apps shut down and I was nit able to access my bank and email app. Virgin has great service and phone plans. Been a customer for over 10 years.
Megan was amazing!!! She answered all questions my mom or myself had, knew the phones and was able to recommend one she thought would work best for both of us. Highly recommend
Megan was incredible - not your typical pushy salesperson but a person who asked about my needs and expectations then ensured that the correct cell phone and plan was swiftly put into place. Megan actually went far above and beyond and even stayed after hours to assist me then followed up with me the next day to be sure that I had everything that I needed and that I had no technical concerns. I highly recommend this location for superior and friendly service.

Megan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with the selection of devices. She took her time to really help me navigate what was nessaesry in a good phone vrs my needs and stayed withen my monthly budget. The manager is so rude. I had called to ask some questions then, the the girl that was helping me need to ask the manager for help and I could hear the manger in the back round mocking me and being unprofessional. Your in customer service you should be kind. I was calm and kind to them and just needed help. Very disappointed in the the service. It’s not the first time I have had a problem with the manager. She is very rude.
