I just wanted to give my most sincere thank you to Cynthia at Tranquility in Brantford. She was so lovely, compassionate, helpful, kind and patient while I organized my mother's arrangements. I'm a young woman of 29 and this was my first experience with loss of a loved one. Cynthia allowed me to utilize her number to ask many questions, many times over until I felt comfortable. My mom passed at home and they were there in a very timely manner and allowed me to take the extra time time needed to say goodbye. They didn't rush or push me at all through any of this process. They walked me through the paperwork and gave me a detailed list of what to do next. They were also extremely affordable and did not make me feel pressured to pay until all was completed. I really can't say enough about Cynthia and Tranquility except that I am so grateful we chose you.

An excellent service for those seeking an alternative to funeral homes. Joan was very helpful in explaining the process and when it came time to use their services it was so very professional and compassionate. After passing, the Hospice contacted them and all of the arrangements for transportation to Holy Cross Cemetery were completed in an incredibly professional and respectful manner. The day after we went in and Joan had all of the paperwork ready and signed and she looked after everything. When we took some of the paperwork to Service Canada, they even complimented how well it was filled out! I was very impressed with the services that Joan provided and would definitely recommend it to anyone seeking an alternative to funeral homes.
