The receptionist has no idea what she’s doing. Cannot take messages if her life depended on it. Has no regard for the patients. Very disappointed in the way she handled a minor misunderstanding. She was unapologetic and combative. My wife was in tears from the stressful phone call where we tried to reschedule an appointment and ended up switching paediatricians offices entirely. As a new parent, it’s already a stressful learning experience and we don’t need the added stress from a disrespectful receptionist.

I met Dr. Liu when my son was born early and in the Brantford NICU. I really liked her professionalism, personality, how thorough she was and I didn't feel rushed when I had questions. My son has had a lot of health issues (he's 4 months old), has had lots of hospital stays and airway surgery. She has been absolutely amazing at catching everything, listening to my concerns and following through with specialists, or anything that will rule things out or to get a proper diagnosis. When she says she's going to do something, she follows through. Highly recommended!

Absolutely love Dr. Liu. She asks lot's of important question to get to know your little one. Dr. Liu is so refreshing and makes you feel very comfortable. Again a great paediatrician! I remembered her when I gave birth to my daughter so when my family doctor asked about going to see a paediatrician Dr. Liu was of course my pick. She has made a lasting impression with us.
