Went to Telus in the Brantford Lynden Park Mall to get a new sim card for a new phone. The young guy came out and said they can't do that here and to do it online, he argued with me about it and refused to give any help. Went home and called Telus only to be told that I have to buy a new sim card at the store. Went back to the Lynden Park Mall and got a different guy who not only sold me a new sim card but set up and made sure it worked properly before I left. While doing that, the kid that refused to help just kept glaring at me.
Was served by a white dude and he was super nice and helpful and set up our phones and transferred everything so wonderfully. I would give 5 stars if it wasn’t for the black employee working. We got there at 7 and they close at 9 and around 815, the black employee felt the need to say it’s close to closing and kept giving us dirty looks and could tell he wanted us to leave the store. Should fire that guy because that’s so unprofessional. Thanks to employees like the guy who served us! You keep your business in business!
all of these kids are rude and barely do their job. theyre nasty to their customers and other mall people. tehy stand around complaining or talking to friends or on their phones instead of working. heads up for condescngin one with the glasses who treats eberybody like theyre stupid and that amanda girl who talks over people and screams at them.
Well light and very clean looking. They girl that helped us was friendly and very helpful to us. Will differently return.
Absolutely HORRIBLE! Went in to change my plan and the girl that helped me had absolutely NO idea what she was doing. She made an absolute mess of my account that has taken me 2 days on the phone with Telus to sort out. She also told me I needed to change my phone number and I found out now that I didnt need to do that. She rushed through the entire thing because she ''had to leave right at 5'' as if I was inconveniencing her. Definitely won't ever be returning.
They like to sell you the product but support isn't that great.
