We had a very positive experience with Reliant Climate. We had no prior knowledge of fireplaces, but Rob and his team made the entire process very simple and straightforward. All the technicians were extremely friendly, informative and helpful. Once the fireplace was installed, we realized that we didn't like the thickness of the backer plate so Rob suggested removing it and using a thinner trim, which was the perfect solution. We couldn't be happier with our new fireplace and their customer service exceeded our expectations! Thank you so much!

I recommend this business because they were prompt and professional and they answered my questions. Actually, they went above and beyond because the technician answered questions for me that I didn't even ask. Yes, he was very informative! I couldn't believe they come to my place and do an assessment of what I need before they do the work. Most people make you pay just to show up. I highly recommend! 5 for 5.
