If I could give 10 stars I would. Wow and double wow. For the past 2 years we were told that our lock was impossible to fix. Then we were told that the door needed to be replaced or we would need to add another deadbolt. When I called Prime Garage Door Service, the technician Mark said he didn't believe that our lock was impossible to fix. He fixed it and gave us 4 new keys. All for a fraction of the other crazy estimates. I highly recommend this company due to the level of service and professionalism, I encountered working with them..!!
We contacted Prime Garage Door Service to work on the gates at a residential property. The response was fast and professional. The tech came out to the residence and was able to diagnose and issue two highly rated companies were unable to. I really like this company because they are honest and transparent and tell you what you need and what you don't need. We were back in business and received good value for the work performed. We will use this company again because of service!!!
Prime Garage Door Service helped us repair our garage door when it went off the rails. I felt like he was direct about what needed to be fixed or made better without trying to hard sell me.
