At Ancaster Food Equipment, we have employed both Steve and Paul from Photohouse Studio to take care of our commercial photography on more than one occasion. They are always professional, friendly and bring a great sense of creativity to our shoots. Communicating with this studio is extremely easy, and both Paul and Steve have made themselves available to us via phone and email. We were able to send them some ideas and materials prior to the shoot, they analyzed these materials and sent us some thoughtful recommendations and gave us shot-by-shot details of what we could expect. On the day of the shoot, they arrived on time, with everything they needed to see us succeed. They were even able to wing a few shots based on our on-the-spot decisions. After the shoot, editing was done in a super timely manner, photos were delivered through a user-friendly venue and we were thrilled with the quality of our shots. We even received a follow-up call just to make sure we were happy with everything we received. Pricing was competitive and we will definitely contact them again, when the time comes. Overall, a great photography experience that we are proud to display on our website, our packaging, our sales videos, large format and more.
