WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I purchased a 4 carat diamond necklace when I lived in Alberta, as per the peoples there, they were willing to allow a trade in as long as the trade in value was double which would be over 10,000.00. I got the approval from Alberta and since I live here in Ontario, I went to see if they would honour the same deal especially since I'm paying over 5200.00 after the trade in from the necklace and they flat our refused. After that I told them they clearly don't need the sale and walked out, called the Alberta location and got information. I will be doing business in Alberta and have no problem flying for the day out there and back. Great service in Alberta, the worst service in Ontario. Do not shop here (Peoples Lynden Park Mall)

Good service considering all the restrictions
Will never shop here again! We ordered our wedding bands from here and had them ordered in. They said regardless of when they came in they would honor the 25% off. I called to see if they were ready and got told I would not get 25% off and that they called me. They never once called me. Worst place dont go here
The staff at this location are absolutely amazing! They will go above and beyond to ensure you get the best deal possible on the beautiful pieces you want. The manager Cathryn is also eager to ensure you walk away happy.
The staff is excellent! Every one I have ever dealt with in the store is friendly and helpful. Bought most of my jewelry here, never had a bad experience. Have had rings made smaller, bonded together even had a diamond replaced for free because I bought the insurance.
Best store ever. Staff especially Eva makes every purchase feel special. You leave the store very happy with what you've just bought
