I have been going to Midas for quite a few years. Recently, my exhaust was serviced and I was very happy with the high level of professionalism the manager Chris and the mechanics demonstrated. They were polite, courteous and even let me see the work needing to be done. It was near closing, yet they still assisted my urgent repair even though it made them work a bit later. My grandma and I had an emergency come up today on our way through Brantford and this Midas was the first garage we could find open.They were super nice and quick to help us and diagnose the issue. They were able to call their supplier to get the part right away and let us use their service vehicle to go where we were going instead of having to sit and wait. They let us bring our puppy in with us so we didnt have to keep him out in the freezing cold and treated us better then any other garage has. Definitely would recommend them to anyone in need! They deserve more then 5 stars but since thats the highest score possible they definitely deserve this and more!
